ChapterBuilder - What is the Main Contact?
The Main Contact feature allows you to assign a member of your team to each of your Leads.
A Lead's Main Contact is their point person for your organization. They should be the individual who is responsible for ensuring that lead gets moved through your process. This is a great tool to get more members involved in the process and delegate responsibilities.
