ChapterBuilder - Can I see All Lead's Main Contact at once?
Yep! There is a Lead breakdown by Main Contact available under the Lead Report tab (under Analytics). This report can be viewed on the web and can be downloaded into a spreadsheet.
To view all Lead's Main Contact, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Analytics tab (located on the left-side navigation bar).
2. Click on the "Leads" header
3. Scroll down to the Main Contact tab.
4. There you will see each lead, their Main Contact, status, and the last time they were contacted.
To download this report, click on the download button in the upper right corner.
Note, this report is ONLY available in the Standard and Pro version of ChapterBuilder; it is NOT available in Basic or Lite.
