ChapterBuilder - Council Dashboard - Main Contacts

The Main Contact feature allows the Council to assign leads to members of your team. You may want to use this if you are dividing your leads to contact them or if you have community ambassadors or recruitment counselors who will be contacting specific leads. 

Where can you viewed Main Contact Assignments:

  • Filtering the Lead List - if you filter the Lead List by Main Contact, you will see which leads have been assigned to each team member. 

  • Lead Profile - the Main Contact information is displayed in each lead's profile.
