ChapterBuilder offers user the chance to perform bulk actions, meaning that will apply to more than 1 Lead. This is done on the Lead List (located under the "Lead tab) and directly from the lead list.
1. Click on the "Leads" tab (on the left navigation bar)
2. Select the Leads you want to work with (you will notice the check box in the upper right corner). Once you select a lead, it will turn read (note you can always select all by click the box at the top left corner of the list next to the sorting options).
3. Click the red "Actions" button
4. There you will see all the bulk actions you can perform and can select accordingly.
Assign Main Contact - a user can update the team member assigned as a Leads main contact for more than 1 Lead
Update Status - a user can update multiple Leads statuses at once by using the bulk action option.
Assign Referral Source - add a referral source for multiple leads at once. Maybe you just imported a list of leads and want to track where they came from; adding a referral source can do that for you!
Create Note - a user can author and post a single note to multiple Leads page at once from the list and bulk action options.
Tag Lead - A user can tag or apply a milestone to multiple Leads at once from the list and bulk action options.
Email - A user can select and send an email to selected Leads at once from the list and bulk action options.
Text - A user can select and send a text to selected Leads at once from the list and bulk action options.
Export Leads - this will allow you to export a spread of custom data about the selected leads.
Delete a Lead - a user can select and remove/delete a group of Leads from their account.
