ChapterBuilder - How to find Never Contacted leads
ChapterBuilder leads have a "Last Contacted" field that records the last time a lead had recorded communication. This allows us to identify leads that have never been contacted before.
Recorded Contact - recorded contact consists of communication that has been executed through ChapterBuilder (calling, emails, or texts sent through ChapterBuilder) or applying the the "Contact" milestone to a lead.
To see all your leads with no recorded contact, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Analytics Tab
2. Click on the "Leads" tab
3. View the "Leads Overview"
There you will see the "Number of Leads Never Contacted" and if you click the dropdown you can view them. If you click on one, it will take you to their profile where you can initiate your contact.
To pull a list of the "Never Contacted" leads, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Analytics Tab
2. Click on the "Leads" tab
3. View the "Main Contact" table. Sort by the "Last Contact" column. You will be able to see all the leads that have no recorded contact.
4. Click the download arrow in the upper right corner of the table to export this report.
Note, the Lead Report is ONLY available in the Standard and Pro version of ChapterBuilder; it is NOT included in the Basic or Lite plans.
