ChapterBuilder - What are the differences between user roles?

ChapterBuilder offers organizations and chapters four options for user roles. They are Admin, Leader, Members, and Coach. Here are the functionalities and features each user type can access. 

Member 

  • Access Lead List

  • Add Leads

  • Write Notes 

  • Update Lead Info

  • Update Lead Status 

  • Tag Leads

  • View Assigned Tasks

  • View Activity Feed 

  • View Forms 

Leader 

  • Everything a Member can do 

  • Delete Leads 

  • Export Leads

  • Report New Members (if applicable) 

  • Assign/Manage Main Contacts 

  • Assign/Create tasks 

  • Create and manage forms 

  • Email Leads (if available in your plan)

Admin 

  • Access to all features and functionality

  • Add users or adjust user access 

  • Access to account settings and customizations 

  • Text Leads (if available in your plan)

  • Call Leads (if available in your plan) 

Coach 

  • Access Lead List

  • Add Leads

  • View Lead profiles 

  • Write Notes 

  • Tag Leads

  • Create Tasks 

  • View Activity Feed
