ChapterBuilder - How to change a user's access level/role

Need to adjust a users level or set a new admin for the team, here are the steps for making that happen. 

  1. Navigate to the “Settings” tab located on the left hand navigation bar. 

  2. Click on the “Members” tab. 

  3. Scroll down to the “Current Members” area located in the lower right hand corner of the members tab. 

  4. Find the person you are looking for (search by email or name if you don’t see them). 

  5. Once you find them simply click on the role box and select the new role you would like to assign them. 

If you do not see a “Member” tab this means you are not an admin and you do not have the ability to adjust user levels.
