ChapterBuilder - How to change your endorsement/voting options?
For organizations/groups with the Lite, Standard, or Pro version of ChapterBuilder, the ability to change your voting/endorsement options is available. If you are using the Basic (Free) version of ChapterBuilder, you are limited to the thumbs up and thumbs down option.
To change your voting/endorsement options for your team, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your account Settings (left-hand navigation).
2. Click on the "Organization" tab. Note, if you don't see this it means you are not an admin and do not have access to your account settings.
3. There you will see the endorsement options available (see screenshot below).
The options are the following:
Thumbs up or thumbs down
1-5 scale
1,3,5 scale
You will also be able to set the visibility there as well. Which determines who can view the results.
