ChapterBuilder - How to access an existing ChapterBuilder account

If your chapter already has an account setup but you don’t know how to access it, this article is for you. 

  1. Visit app.chapterbuilder.com and click “Create Account.” If you already have an account, simply click login. 

  2. Next, check your email (the email account you used to register) and verify your account. Once you click “Verify” you will see an option to log in and complete your account setup. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder. 

  3. You will be directed to select a campus and organization to join. If it doesn’t exist, you can create it. If it already does, you will need to request to join. The account admin will need to add you as a user and can do so by following the steps in the article “Approving a Team Member to Join.”

If your chapter already has an account and you do not know who the account administrator is, you can email us at chapterbuildersupport@phiredup.com and we can assist you.

If you are passing down the logins from one officer to the next and you don’t know it, simply go through the reset password process.
