ChapterBuilder - How to Delete My ChapterBuilder User Account

If you are no longer using ChapterBuilder and want to permanently delete your user account, follow the steps below. Note, once completed, your account will be lost permanently and will not be able to be recovered.

How to Delete Your User Account:

1. Login to ChapterBuilder. If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot password." 

2. Click on "Settings" 

3. "Click on the "Account" Tab 

4. Scroll to the bottom of the "Account" tab and you will see a box entitled "Delete Account."

5. Click the red "Delete Account" button at the bottom.

6. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm you want to complete the deletion of your account. Again, this action cannot be undone. If you wish to proceed, click delete.
