The Council Dashboard allows users to send messages (texts) to Leads generated by the Council. The dashboard comes with a single phone line that can be shared amongst your admin.You can switch who controls the phone line by following the steps outlined in this article.
What does controlling or being assigned to a phone line mean?
They can send messages using the phone line
They see all message threads in the "Message" tab
Note, only one user can control a phone line at a time so you will need to switch it if someone needs to send a message and they are not currently assigned to the phone line.
How to switch who controls or is assigned to the Council's phone line?
Click "Settings" on the left navigation bar and then on the "Phone" tab.
There you will see your current phone line and who is assigned.
Click on the "Assigned To" box and you will be able to select who you want to re-assign the line to.
