Linking a group to your dashboard, allow that group/chapter to receive leads you generate, be included in your analytics and adds them to your Chapter List. If you are missing a group from your Chapter List, you can follow the steps below to get them added.
Process for Linking a Group/Chapter to your Dashboard
1. Email the ChapterBuilder Support team at chapterbuildersupport@phiredup.com with the following information:
Your Campus
Your Council
The group you want linked
An admin for that group being linked as we may have to create it if it does not already exist
Note, that any past leads that were previously shared with linked groups/chapters will NOT be automatically added to this new group/chapter. You will need to export those existing leads, send them to the group, and encourage them to upload them to their ChapterBuilder account.
