ChapterBuilder - How to unlink (remove) a group from your dashboard
If you want to unlink or remove a group/chapter from your Council Dashboard, follow the steps below.
Note, by unlinking a group the following things happen:
They will NO LONGER appear on your Chapter List
They will NO LONGER be able to receive leads generated by the Dashboard
They will NO LONGER be included in your data or any reports
To unlink a group from your dashboard, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Chapter List located on the left side navigation bar.
Find the group/chapter you want to unlink and select it by clicking on the check box at the left side of the chapter’s listing.
Click the red “Actions” button in the upper right corner and click “Unlink Chapter.”
A message will pop-up asking you to confirm this action. We encourage you to read it carefully and ensure this is the action you want to take as you will not be able to undo it.
