If you link (add) a new chapter to your Council Dashboard after leads have been shared, those leads will NOT automatically be share with that new chapter. There are 2 options.
1. You can either export those already shared leads from the Lead List - following these steps
2. You can re-share the leads with all chapters but creating duplicates along the way (WE DO NOT ADVISE THIS OPTION).
Council Dashboard - Setting up your phone number
If your community wants to leverage the texting feature, you will need to first setup your Council Dashboard phone number.
Setting up your Phone Number
1. Navigate to your account "Settings" located on the left-hand navigation bar
2. Find and select the "Phone" tab
3. Then search for a phone number (you will input your local area code and pick from available numbers)
4. The number you select will then appear below the search box and you will be able to assign it to one for your account admins, enable call forwarding, and even remove the number from your account.
Summary
If your community wants to leverage the texting feature, you will need to first setup your Council Dashboard phone number. Navigate to Settings > Phone and there you will be able to setup your council number.
