ChapterBuilder - Council Dashboard - Managing which lead information is shared with linked groups/chapters
How to enable specific information to be share
1. Navigate to your "Settings" tab by using the left-side navigation bar.
2. There you will need to find the "Fields" tab and select it. There you will see all your fields.
3. For each field you will see an option to "Share with Linked Group." Simply toggle that on. You will know that it is enabled if it is red (see screenshot below)
4. Make sure to "Save" your changes. It will pop-up at the bottom of the page. See below.
Note, if leads are created and a field is not enabled, it will not be shared with your linked groups. If you enable that field after, those fields will not be shared retroactively. The field MUST be enabled before the lead is created if you want that information shared.
Summary
The Council Dashboard allows you to share leads and lead information with linked groups or chapters. Councils are not required to share all data collected about a lead and can control which fields of information are shared.
