ChapterBuilder - Council Dashboard - How to manually push leads to linked groups/chapters.

The Council Dashboard allows communities to share leads with groups/chapters that are linked to their dashboard. The default setting is for leads to be shared when they are created (that includes imported, created, or through a form submission). However, there is an option to set it to manual and the steps are outlined below.

Enabling Manual Sharing

1. Navigate to your account setting by click on the "Settings" button on the left side navigation bar.

2. Click on the "Community" tab.

3. There you will see an option to "Enable manual lead sharing." Click this on.

Note, if enabled, this means that your leads will have to be manually pushed/shared with your linked groups.

How to Share a Group of Leads Manually

1. Navigate to your Lead List by clicking on "Lead List" on your left-side navigation bar.

2. Select the leads you want to share (if a lead has been shared, it will have this icon on the profile picture - see below).

To select a lead, click on the checkbox on the left-side of the lead's entry on the list. You will know who you selected as they will be highlighted in red.

3. Once you have all the leads you want to share selected, click the red "Actions" button in the upper right corner. There, click "Manually Push Leads."

4. A message will appear ensuring you understand what pushing/sharing a lead with your linked groups means.

5. If you are sure you want to proceed, click "Submit."

Note, if you get this pop-up message (below) when manually pushing leads it means that you have already pushed/shared one of these leads.
