What is Lead Sharing
Lead sharing refers to how a council controls or manages the way they share leads generated by the council with linked groups.
What are linked groups or chapters?
They are groups/chapters that are connected to your dashboard. They can receive leads and are included in your data. To learn more click here.
What are the default settings for lead sharing?
When a lead is created from a form submission, imported through the bulk importer, or created individually the default settings are that, the new lead will automatically be shared with all linked groups.
Can a council control when leads are shared with linked groups?

Can a council control which chapters receive lead information?
