The Council Dashboard allows communities to share leads with groups/chapters that are linked to their dashboard. The default setting is for leads to be shared when they are created (that includes imported, created, or through a form submission). However, there is an option to set it to manual. To ensure automatic lead sharing is enabled, follow the steps below. 

Enabling Automatic Lead Sharing

1. Navigate to your account setting by clicking on the "Settings" button on the left side navigation bar. 

2. Click on the "Community" tab. 

3. There you will see an option to "Enable manual lead sharing." If this is toggled to the right and red it means manual sharing is enabled (see image below). 

Note, if enabled, this means that your leads will have to be manually pushed/shared with your linked groups. 

4. Click this off and click "Save." 

With this off, it means the following:

• All leads created moving forward will be automatically shared with linked groups - this includes through individual creation, importing leads, and form submissions. 

• All lead info fields that have been enabled to be "Shared with Linked Groups" will be pushed to all linked chapters when a lead is created. 

Note, leads created when the manual option was enabled will not be shared retroactively! You will need to share those manually before you disable manual sharing if you want those pushed to all linked groups.
