If you want to email a single lead through the Council Dashboard, follow the steps below.
Emailing an Individual Lead
1. Navigate to the Lead List (click the "Lead List" button on the left-side navigation bar).
2. Select the lead you want to email (note, you can filter the Lead List to refine it even more, click here to learn how). To select a lead, just click on checkbox on the far left side. You will know who you have selected because they will turn red and the box will check.
3. Click the "Actions" button in the upper right corner.
4. Select "Email."
5. This will open the email box where you can do the following:
Review your recipient(s)
Add a subject (required)
Customize the message by inserting the first name. Where ever you put this it will insert each recipients first name.
Customize your email content
Attach any documents you want to include
6. Once your message is customized, and you are ready to go, click "Send."
Note, your email will be sent from the email address you used to register with ChapterBuilder. All responses should appear in your personal inbox.
Summary
If you want to email a single lead through the Council Dashboard, you can do so by selecting that lead on the Lead List, click "Actions" and selecting "Email." There you will be able to customize the email you want to send.
