The Council Dashboard allows users to easily email leads directly from ChapterBuilder. Below you will find some frequently asked questions about how the emailing feature works.

Can you email in bulk or just individually? 

You can do both!

What email does the email come from? 

It will appear as if it came from your email address (the one you used when creating your ChapterBuilder account). 

Can you include attachments? 

Yep! You can attach a file or image to your emails. 

If you send in bulk does it send individual emails or one that is bcc'd? 

The email feature sends individual emails to each recipient. You can even customize the message so that individual names appear. Learn more here. 

Is there a limit on the number of emails we can send?

Nope, you can send as many as you would like. 

Can you email chapters or chapter members through ChapterBuilder

Unfortunately you cannot at this time. 

Can you send emails to a specific group of leads like one status or a specific tag? 

Yep! Just filter your Lead List, click "Actions" and then you will see the email option.
