ChapterBuilder -Council Dashboard - How to Create a Custom Tags
The tag feature allows Council Dashboard users to create custom tags to group Leads or apply specific attributes the community want to track. Council Admin have the ability to create custom tags. You will see the steps below.
Creating Custom Tags
1. Navigate to your Settings (click on "Settings"on the left navigation bar).
2. Click on the "Tags" tab.
3. There you will see all the existing tags you have and the ability to "+ New Tag" in the upper left corner. Click on that.
4. A New Tag pop-up will appear where you can add a title, select a color and add a description. Input that information and click "Create." From there you will be able to use that tag and add it to the leads on your list.
