The Council Dashboard offers communities insight on how they are growing. This article will walk you through the reports that are available in the Council Dashboard.

Community Activity - this report displays the activity that has happened across the selected date range. The data points include: notes created, status changes, messages sent, emails sent, calls made, leads created, leads removed, and form submissions. Note, this activity is only that of the chapters and not the Council Dashboard users. 

Community Status Report - this shows the status report for the Council Dashboard. This report only shows the leads and their statuses as it appears on the Council Dashboard Lead List. 

Chapter Status Report - this report allows you to select a chapter and display where their leads are in their process. 

Chapter Leaderboard - this report shows specific chapter activity across a selected time period. This report even shows you the last time a chapter was active. 

Recruitment Story - this report shows what activity and actions it took to gain a new member. This it calculates an average. For example, it could show that on average it took 4 notes, 1 phone call, 10 text messages and 3 members to generate a new member. 

New Member List - this report displays all new members as indicated by the Linked Chapters. For a lead to appear here, the chapter MUST move them to A+. 

Referral Source Report - this report shows us where leads came from. This should help you see where the best leads are coming from and who is turning into joiners. 

Labels Averages - The Chapter Labels allow you to group chapters. The Labels Reports allow you to see how your various grouping compare to one another. The average table specifically shows the averages of those groupings for 15 different metrics.

Labels Totals - The Chapter Labels allow you to group chapters. The Labels Reports allow you to see how your various grouping compare to one another. The totals table specifically shows the totals of those groupings for 15 different metrics. 

Tag Usage - This report shows you Lead Tags are being used by the Council. It shows the number of uses and who they are assigned. 

Tags & Statuses - this report shows how Lead Tags are used and where those leads are in the process. 

Payments - this reports maintains a record of all payments received through your Council Dashboard forms. 

Most reports allow you to select custom date ranges and will allow you to download them into a .csv file.
