Tags are an additional way in which you can group leads. They can be used for attributes a specific lead has or a way in which you want to group leads. Below you will find some frequently asked questions about Council Dashboard tags.

What is the difference between tags and labels? 

Tags are for grouping and applying attributes to leads. Labels are for grouping and applying attributes to chapters linked to your dashboard. 

Who can see tags?

Only the Council. Admin can see the tags you apply to leads. They will not be shared with Chapters and are not visible to Leads as they do not have accounts to login. 

What are some examples for how some communities use tags?
