ChapterBuilder - How to enable push notifications
Push notifications are the alerts you receive on your mobile device telling you something happened with your ChapterBuilder account. Currently, ChapterBuilder has the capability of sending these notifications when you have received a new text message to your ChapterBuilder phone number (note, you must be the assigned member to that phone line to receive these notifications).
To enable your push notifications, follow these steps.
1. Login to ChapterBuilder at app.chapterbuilder.com
2. Click on "Settings" and then find the "Account" tab.
3. There you will find the "Preference" box (it is located in the bottom left corner).
4. Turn on "Receive Push Notifications From ChapterBuilder on Android and iOS" (you will know it's enabled when it turns red).
Once this is enabled, it will turn red and you will begin receiving push notifications for messages received to your ChapterBuilder phone number. Note, it allows to both iOS and Android devices.
