ChapterBuilder - How to receive Task notifications
Task are assignments made by users to other users. These can be simply tasks delegated to you and can apply to a specific Lead.
If you are assigned a Task, you will receive a notification in the app in the notification center (bell in the upper right corner). You will know you received a notification because it will turn red.
To receive task notifications via email, you must enable it. To enable email notifications, follow these steps.
1. Click on Settings (located on the left navigation bar)
2. Click "Account"
3. Find the "Preference" box (located in the bottom left portion of the page.
4. Toggle "Receive Emails From ChapterBuilder" to the right (it will. turn red and appear as it does below).
Note, this will enable other email notifications to be sent like missed messages and requests to join your account.
