The ChapterBuilder Event feature allows you to create events with time slots. Time slots help you schedule meetings and 1:1s by creating pre-set timeframes that users can sign up from. You can limit and label these time slots as well.
Here is how you set time slots for your events:
1. To set time slots for an event, you should have already created your event. If not, you will need to do that first.
2. Click the "Manage" button for the form you want to work with
3. Then click on the "Sign-up Form" tab. There you will see that you can create date and time slots. Note, if you have done, the default (yes, no, maybe RSVP options will appear for Leads).
4. Click the "New Date" option. Then you will be prompted to create a time slot for that date. You will need to provide the following information:
Date
Start Time
End Time
Description (optional)
Guest Limit (how many individuals can sign up for that time?).
5. Once a new date is created, you can continue to add time slots by clicking the "Manage Time Slots" dropdown and clicking the "+ New Time Slot+ button.
Once you have all your dates and times set, you can send your invitations and individuals will be able to select the time slot they want to sign up for. Note, that leads are limited to signing up for a single time slot for each event.
Here is what a signup form with time slots looks like for a lead.
You can always preview your Event form by clicking the "View Form" option or edit the form or form fields by clicking the red "Edit Form" button.
Pro Tip - Use the duplicate time slot option to create the same time slots across multiple dates. You will see the copy icon next to the top of a date. This will allow you to copy all the created time slots to another date so you do not have to create them all again by hand.
