The Event feature allows users to create, manage, and invite guests to an event. Note, this feature is only available in the Standard and Pro versions of ChapterBuilder.
Here is how you create a new Event:
1. Navigate to the "Event" tab located on the left-side navigation bar. If you do not see it, it probably means that you do not have a version of ChapterBuilder that includes the Events feature.
2. Click the "+ New Event" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Input the Event details, this includes the following:
Event Name/Title
Start Date & Time
End Date & Time
Event Location
Event Point of Contact
Description of the event (this will be auto-filled in your invitations)

4. Click the red "Create" button at the bottom.
5. Your new Event will appear on your Event tab for you to manage. If you click the "Manage" button you will be able to invite guests, create an event form, and track attendance.
