As an Admin, you will be able to renew, cancel, or upgrade your ChapterBuilder plan. Note, you must be an admin to access your account billing.
1. Navigate to Settings (left hand navigation) and click on the Billing Tab.
If you do not seeing Billing, this means you are not an admin and will not be able to manage billing.
2. Click on the red "Manage Your Plan" button. This will redirect you to our Billing Center.
3. Click the red "Update Plan" button. There you will be able to select your new plan by clicking "Continue" to the right of the plan you want to adopt. Note, all plans are for 1 year.
4. Confirm and input your payment information and download your receipt (if you need it).
5. Enjoy the new premium features!
Note, if you forgot to get your receipt, you can always navigate back to this page and access it under "Billing History." Simply click the arrow to the right of the date of the invoice you want to access.
