ChapterBuilder - Analytics & Reports Overview

ChapterBuilder offers a large amount of data and reports on how groups are using the platform, interacting with their leads, and the performance of their teammates. 

Each ChapterBuilder plan offers access to different reports. Here is a breakdown of which reports are available for each plan/version. 

Basic (FREE) Version

  • Leaderboard 

  • Activity Report 

  • Status Report 

Standard & Pro Version 

  • All Basic reports 

  • Leads Report 

  • Communication Report

  • Tags & Milestone Report 

  • New Member Report

  • Non-Joiner Report

  • Referral Source Report

If you want access to any advance reports, you can easily upgrade your account on your own by going to Settings > Billing or you can contact our support team at chapterbuildersupport@phiredup.com
