NOTE: The communication features, including emails, is not available for Basic accounts. You can upgrade your account to Standard Version from Settings > Billing for access to communication features.

NOTE: You must be an Admin to access the email feature in ChapterBuilder.

To email multiple Leads through ChapterBuilder, follow these steps:

• Navigate to your Leads (use the left-side navigation bar)

• Select the Leads you want to email

• Click on the red “Actions” button and select Email

• You will notice the number of recipients at the top and will be able to craft your email

• Once you click “Send” each Lead will receive an individual email
