ChapterBuilder - How to send mass emails
NOTE: The communication features, including emails, is not available for Basic accounts. You can upgrade your account to Standard Version from Settings > Billing for access to communication features.
NOTE: You must be an Admin to access the email feature in ChapterBuilder.
To email multiple Leads through ChapterBuilder, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Leads (use the left-side navigation bar)
Select the Leads you want to email
Click on the red “Actions” button and select Email
You will notice the number of recipients at the top and will be able to craft your email
Once you click “Send” each Lead will receive an individual email
