ChapterBuilder - How to know if leads came in from CampusDirector

If your campus/council/community is leveraging CampusDirector for registration, you may be wondering when leads will be pushed into your account. The FAQ below should assist you in navigating this integration from a ChapterBuilder side of things. If your are not sure if your campus is leveraging this integration, you will need to contact your council/community/campus directly to confirm. 

When will leads be pushed to my ChapterBuilder account?

Ultimately it is up your council/community/campus as the CampusDirector admin is the one who initiates these distribution of leads to ChapterBuilder. If you are expecting them, you will need to contact your council/community/campus to see when they plan to share lead data with you.

How do I know what data will be pushed into my ChapterBuilder account for the leads? 

Your council/community/campus has the ability to select which data is shared with chapters. If you want a full list, you will need to contact your point of contact directly. 

When data is pushed, how will I know?

When you login to your ChapterBuilder account, you will find the Activity Feed on the homepage. Each time leads are distributed from CampusDirector, a new entry appears (see screen shot below). This will also allow you to dropdown and see which leads were distributed.
