ChapterBuilder - How to clear endorsements for multiple leads at once
ChapterBuilder allows you to clear endorsements/votes for one or more leads at a time. Note, when you clear endorsements this way, you are opting to remove and delete these endorsements/votes and you will not be able to bring them back or recover them.
To remove leads in bulk from a selected group of leads, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Lead List (on the left-side navigation)
2. Select one or more leads that you want to clear endorsements from (to select a lead click the checkbox next to their name; you will know who you selected because they will turn red).
3. Click the red "Actions" button in the upper right corner of the Lead's List
3. Select "Clear Endorsements"
Note, once you confirm that you want to remove these endorsements, they will be cleared from the lead's profile and you will no longer be able to access the data.Related Articles
