A lead list can easily be overwhelming as we continue to add more and more leads to it. To assist you with managing your leads more easily, we created filtering option.
Filtering allows users to filter their leads by specific criteria selected by the user.
The following filters are current available:
Status
Tags
Main Contact
Referral Source
Date Created
Date Updated
Last Contacted
Note, a user can apply multiple filters at the same time. You can select multiple statuses and tags to filter by as well (all other filters you are limited to selecting one).
Here are the steps to filter your leads:
1. Navigate to the Lead list (left hand navigation and click "Lead List."
2. Click on the filtering icon to the right of the search box at the top of the screen.
3. Select your filtering by option; note if you pick date created, updated, or last contacted you will need to input both a start and end date.
4. Once you select your filter(s), your lead will will begin to update to reflect those selected.
If you wish to take off a selected filter, simply click reset (located at the bottom).
5. Your list will update displaying only those leads that reflect the criteria of the filters applied.
Note, once you want to click the filter, you will simply need to click back on the filter icon but you will notice that it is red once a filter has been applied (see below)
