The ChapterBuilder Activity Feed is located on the home page and displays a log of all the activity that has occurred across your account. This includes, Leads Added, Leads Deleted, Leads Updated, Notes, Tags, and much more. If you are seeking specific activity or the activity of a specific user, you can filter the feed. Below you will find the steps for filtering your activity feed.
Navigate to the home page and locate the “Activity Feed.”
Find the upside down triangle icon (filter icon) and click it.
There you will find that you can search for a specific user or click specific activity that you want filtered for
Then click the red “Filter” button and your Activity Feed will update to reflect on the data you have selected.
