As a dashboard user, you will see a tab on the left-side navigation bar entitled “Chapter List.” The Chapter List is where you can manage and view the groups/chapters that are linked to your dashboard.
What does being a linked group mean?
A linked group/chapter means that it is associated with your dashboard and as a result the following things can occur:
They appear on your Chapter List
They can received dashboard generated leads
Dashboard users can view data about linked groups and they are included in community data.
Note, Council Admin will not be able to access individual chapter accounts but view information from the dashboard.
Chapter List Data - what is being displayed?
As you scroll through your Chapter List, you will notice that there are eight different columns of data. Below you will find what each column displays.
Designation - this is the unique group/chapter's name
Organization - this is the group/chapter's bigger organization
Campus - this should be your community
Latest Activity - this should be the last time there was activity in that group/chapter's account
Leads - this is the number of leads in that group/chapter/s account
New Members - this is the number of leads at the top status which is normally "A+" indicating they have committed to membership.
Members - this is the number of group/chapter members that have access to their account
