ChapterBuilder - Why some leads are not marked as "May have joined"

If you know a lead joined another chapter but a warning is not appearing, below are some common reasons why this may be occurring. 

1. Lead not marked as an "A+" - if the chapter they joined has not marked them as an "A+ - Joined" ChapterBuilder will not know to add this alert/warning. 

2. They were not generated by the Council Dashboard - if a lead is not generated by the Council Dashboard forms but created by an individual chapter form or user, the "May have Joined" warning will not work. It ONLY applies to leads generated by the Council Dashboard. 

3. "A+" isn't your top status - how the feature works, is it considers the top status to be the joined status. By default, this is the "A+" status. If you reorder or have access to create a custom status and move something else to the top position, "A+" will no longer trigger this feature/warning.
