ChapterBuilder - Why data is used to identify duplicate leads?

You may notice that some of your leads have been flagged as duplicates; you see a red alert icon on their profile. Below you find information on how ChapterBuilder determines who are potential duplicates. 

The following fields are used to compare if a lead is potentially a duplicate: 

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number 

If any of these are the same, it will flag the lead as a potential duplicate for you to review. If they aren't, you can just ignore them. Check out this article to see how to do that.
