ChapterBuilder - Why can I add an additional email to my account?
For the new version of ChapterBuilder we wanted to add the feature to allow users to link multiple emails to their account so they can easily login using either. Note, the primary email address will be the one used to communicate platform updates and news to as well as subscription and renewal information.
To add a second email address to your account follow these steps.
Login to ChapterBuilder at chapterbuilder.com/login
Click on the “Settings” tab on the left hand side of the screen. Then click on “Account”. There you will see an option “Add Email.” It is located underneath your primary email address.
Enter the email address you wish to add to your account.
You will now see an option to “Show Emails.” All associated emails will be listed. You will also see that you can resend the verification email, set or change your primary email, and delete emails from your accounts.
