Below you will find a list of the reports that are available in the Analytics tab (located on the left-hand navigation bar) in the Pro Version.
Activity Report - this report shows users the activity of all user over a selected timeframe.
Status Report - this report takes your leads and breaks them down by their current status. This will also provide you some statistics about your leads and where they are in your process.
Leaderboard - this board shows users how each member of their team is contributing to their growth goals. It will show each user/member and breakdown their activity and give them points for their contributions. This is a great coaching tool.
Referral Source Report - this report will breakdown all the leads creating a tally for the number of leads that come from each referral source. This report also helps determine the efficacy of each referral source by displaying where each lead is in the process by showing their status (letter grade).
Leads Report - this report/tab in ChapterBuilder will provide detailed data and information about the leads in the organizations/groups account.
Communication Tab - this report/tab will provide users with details on how their users/members are communicating with their leads. (COMING SOON)
Tags Tab - this report/tab provides details on how an organization/group uses their tags. This includes how they are applied and who they are applied.
Milestones Tab - this report/tab provides details on how an organization/group uses their milestones. This includes how they are applied and who they are applied.
New Member Tab - this tab/report will provide details on those leads that were won leading to new members. (COMING SOON)
Non-Joiners Tab - this tab/report will provide detail on the leads that have not yet joined as well as specific leads that have been marked as non-compatible. (COMING SOON)
The Pro Version has access to all the available reports.
Note, most reports can be filtered by a specific timeframe and can be exported.
