ChapterBuilder is proud to offer a new version of ChapterBuilder called the Lite version. Below you will find a list of the reports that are available in the Analytics tab (located on the left-hand navigation bar) in the Lite version.
Activity Report - this report shows users the activity of all user over a selected timeframe.
Status Report - this report takes your leads and breaks them down by their current status. This will also provide you some statistics about your leads and where they are in your process.
Leaderboard - this board shows users how each member of their team is contributing to their growth goals. It will show each user/member and breakdown their activity and give them points for their contributions. This is a great coaching tool.
Referral Source Report - this report will breakdown all the leads creating a tally for the number of leads that come from each referral source. This report also helps determine the efficacy of each referral source by displaying where each lead is in the process by showing their status (letter grade).
Those are the only reports available in the Lite version. If you want access to more reports and data you can always view the available plans and upgrade your account (Settings > Billing).
Note, most reports can be filtered by a specific timeframe and can be exported.
