ChapterBuilder - What is the Note tab?
Each lead has a dedicated profile. Within that profile there is a "Notes" tab. This tab will contain all the notes written about the specific lead. It will also display any comments made on the note.
To view a Lead's note tab, follow these steps.
1. Click "Lead List" and select the select who's profile you want to visit. To select, click on their image or click the "profile" button if you are on the card view.
2. Find the note tab (see screen shot below).
