ChapterBuilder - What is the Non-Joiner Report?

The Non-Joiner Report is one of the many reports that are available for ChapterBuilder users. This reports provides insight about the effort you are putting in for those leads that have not joined or accepted an invite. 

Note, all the data displayed is pulled for Leads without the A+ status; also known as the "Accepted Invite." So it is including anyone who has not joined yet. This report will update as leads are moved to the A+ status. The system pulls all the leads that have a status that is not the top status. 

Here is the data that is available in this report:

  • Activity breakdown for each Lead 

  • Organization average (on average it took 4 notes, 5 calls, etc. for example) 

  • Number of tags that were used 

  • Number of milestones that were used 

To access the Non-Joiner Report, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your "Settings" tab (left-side navigation) 

2. Click on the Non-Joiners tab (at the top) 

There you will be able to access the data, filter it, and export any information you want to keep.

Note, the Non-Joiner report is only available for organizations with a Standard or Pro subscription. It is not available in the Basic or Lite version.
