ChapterBuilder - What is the Leaderboard?

ChapterBuilder - What is the Leaderboard?

The leaderboard allows users/organizations to see how each member of the team is contributing. This board displays each user/team member and breaks down their activity. The data displayed for each team member is the following:

  • Notes written

  • Status changes

  • Calls made

  • Texts sent

  • Emails sent

  • Leads added

  • Last date of activity

You will also notice that team members appear in rank order. This is based on their activity and how they are contributing. For each of the actions listed above, users get points (100 points for each action). These points are tallied and create the order for the leaderboard.

The default timeframe of the leaderboard is the past 7 days. However, you can always select a new date range (like a specific month), to see who your top performers were.

If you click on a specific team member, you can see their detailed activity that will populate in the Member Overview section (you must do this from the Analytics tab).

Note, the Leaderboard is available in all version of ChapterBuilder.
