ChapterBuilder - What is the "Last Contacted" field?

Tracking your communication to your leads is important. It's important to ensure each lead is getting the appropriate touch points and is regularly hearing from your organization. The "Last Contacted" fields tracks your recorded communication for each lead. 

Last Contacted Field 

Each lead has a field entitled the "Last Contacted" in their profile. This field records the last time the lead has recorded contact in ChapterBuilder. Recorded contact includes the following:

  • Emails sent through ChapterBuilder

  • Calls made through ChapterBuilder

  • Texts sent through ChapterBuilder

  • The "Contact" milestone used. 

Note, the "Contact" milestone is a great option for users who do not have access to the communication to track outreach.
