ChapterBuilder offers the endorsement/voting feature for members of the organization to indicate whether or not they believe an individual or lead is a good fit. This endorsement/vote can come in 3 different forms. 

Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down

This is the default and most basic form of the endorsement/voting feature. Members can navigate to a lead and indicated they they believe they are a good fit (thumbs up) or not a good fit (thumbs down). The results display with a tally of the total thumbs up and down. 

Scaled, Number Voting 

For organizations using the Lite, Standard, or Pro version of the platform, they have the option to change their endorsement/voting icons to a numbered scale. Currently this is limited to a 1-5 or 1,3,5 scale. If this is enabled then, members will be able to give a score to each lead. The results display as an average of the endorsements made. 

Results

As users/members cast their votes or endorse, they results will appear in the Values Indicator tab in each individual lead's profile. These results will only be visible by admin and not by Members or Leaders unless the user makes this updated in the endorsement settings found under Settings > Organization. 

The thumbs up and thumbs down voting/endorsing options is available in all plans. The scaled voting options are only available in the Lite, Standard or Pro so you will need to upgrade to access.
