ChapterBuilder - What is the Communication Report?

The Communication Report is one of the many reports that are available for ChapterBuilder users. This report breaks down the ways in which your organization communicates with its leads and how each team member contributes.  

Here is the data that is available in this report:

  • Total number of calls made

  • Total number of texts sent

  • Total number of emails

  •  Average calls per lead

  • Average texts per lead

  • Average emails per lead

  • Lead communication breakdown (shows the number of each type of communication for each lead)

  • Team communication breakdown (shows the number of each type of communication conducted by each team member) 

To access the Communication Report, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your "Settings" tab (left-side navigation) 

2. Click on the Communication Tab (at the top) 

There you will be able to access the data, filter it, and export any information you want to keep. 

Note, the communication report is ONLY available for users leveraging the Standard or Pro version of ChapterBuilder. It is not available in the Basic or Lite version.
