The ChapterBuilder calling feature allows users to call Leads using their ChapterBuilder phone number directly through your computer. Note, this feature is only available with the Standard and Pro version of the platform and for admin users.
Users will need to follow these steps to enable/use this feature.
1. Ensure you are using a version of the platform that includes the calling feature (it is only available in the Standard or Pro Versions).
2. Setup up your ChapterBuilder phone number (you can do this under Settings > Phone).
3. Find the Lead that you are wanting to contact. To do this, go to Lead List > Locate the Lead > and hover over the phone number line for the calling icon (screenshot below)
4. Click the "Make Call" icon. Then you will be redirected to the calling queue. There you will see you can review the lead's information and notes and initiate the call. To start the call, click the red "Call" button. Note if you are using the Standard Version, you can only have 1 lead in the queue at a time. On the Pro you have have unlimited.
Once a call ends, you will be prompted to craft a note. Once you post the note, it will appear in that Lead's profile. You can also tag or apply a milestone while writing this note.
The call notes that is logged is unique and is tied to the call action (pictured below).
