ChapterBuilder - What is a tag?

The tags feature allows organizations to indicate attributes of a specific Lead or group them. Tags can be used to filter Leads and appear in exports. 

For the Basic Version (FREE) of ChapterBuilder, users do not have the ability to create custom tags or to adjust the default tags. 

If you have the Standard Version of ChapterBuilder, you can create custom tags and make adjustments. To do so, go to Settings > Tags. 

Create a new tag using the orange New Tag button in the top left corner of the Tags page. 

There you can control the following:

  • Creating a new tag

  • Tag Name

  • Tag Color

  • Description (appears if you hover over the tag) 

  • Delete Tag

Tags are only able to be customized in the Standard and Pro versions of ChapterBuilder.
