ChapterBuilder - What is a status?

The status (letter grade) feature allows organizations and communities to categorize Leads by indicating where they are in their process. As an organization builds a relationship with a Lead, the status indicates how close they are to membership/closing/etc. 

If you are using the Basic, Lite, or Standard version of ChapterBuilder, you are not able to adjust or make custom statuses. 

Here are the default statuses that exist in ChapterBuilder for Chapters. 

  • D - Needs. to be contacted (default)

  • C - Expressed interest 

  • B - Mutual interest 

  • A - Received/Needs Invite 

  • A+ - Accepted Invite 

  • F - Not compatible 

  • E - Waitlist 

  • G - Missing critical information

For Council Dashboard users, your default statuses are the following:

  • A - Active

  • NA - Not Active

  • IN - Ineligible 

  • J - Joined a Group

  • F - Not Compatible
