ChapterBuilder - What is a milestone?

The milestones feature allows organizations to outline their process by creating steps or categories. By using Milestones you can track interactions, processes, etc. Milestones can be added independently or through a note. 

For the Basic Version (FREE) of ChapterBuilder, users do not have the ability to create custom milestones or to adjust the default tags. 

If you have a plan besides Basic, you can create custom milestones and make adjustments. To do so, go to Settings > Milestones.

There you can control the following:

  • Milestone Name

  • Description (appears if you hover over the milestone) 

  • Delete Milestone
